We can refer you to our Social Prescribing Link Worker who can help with non medical issues. These could be issues with housing, or benefits, or relationships which are causing you to feel anxious or stressed. If you would like to be referred to our social link workers or you would like to know more about what they offer please contact reception and we can arrange this for you.

Gateshead Clubhouse
Gateshead Clubhouse aims to provide a service where people with mental health needs can access a range of facilities within a supportive and safe environment. This is where recovery and self-growth can be encouraged through the sharing of skills and abilities of all our members, with further encouragement and help from other associates. Our members can get involved in the day to day running of the Clubhouse and participate in a wide range of courses and activities.

Mental Health Matters
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to attend a drop-in session with Pathways. If you are aged 18 or over and struggle with your mental health in any way, Pathways can signpost you to other services, help you manage your benefits, and provide a wide range of support regarding your mental health.
Drop-in sessions take place on Monday between 10am-2pm (no appointment necessary).

Having operated for 10 years in Gateshead, this is a well-established service which offers confidential support. From group sessions to personalised therapy, Talking Therapies Gateshead is the primary mental health provision.
