Digital Weight Management Programme

This NHS service is new in July 2021 to all patients with Type 1 or 2 Diabetes and/or Hypertension who have a BMI greater than 30. It provides a 12 week programme which involves digital content and 'human coaching'. You can access this service by referral from the GP only.
