My role involves managing acute and chronic illness. I can examine, diagnose, and independently prescribe, as well as make onward referrals.

My previous jobs include 20 years in acute medicine in a secondary care setting, as ward manager of an acute elderly care ward, and 10 years as a community matron, looking after patients with chronic illness until the end of life.
